Dr. Thomas S. Baer, the founder of Baer Resources, is uniquely qualified to help enhance and develop management and business potential that already exists within organizations – a potential frequently under-utilized.  Dr. Baer has over 25 years of corporate management experience in a variety of firms, both large and small, including P & L responsibility, division president, vice president, general manager, and project manager.  He has 30 years experience in leadership in active and reserve military organizations, commanding six different units.   He is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy, the University of Cincinnati and the United States Naval War College with advanced degrees in management and engineering.
